Noelle Carlozzi, PhD, is a Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Surgery at the University of Michigan and a faculty member at the d3center. She directs the Center for Clinical Outcomes Development and Application (CODA) and specializes in outcomes measurement, including patient-reported outcome systems built with item response theory and computer adaptive testing. Her expertise includes cognitive test development and psychometric evaluation across diverse clinical populations, supporting mobile health research and real-time symptom tracking. In MAPCI, she contributes expertise in measurement, evaluation, and patient-centered outcomes.
